Here you can also scan the archives for previous discussions, problems and their solutions regarding the NSF Astronomy and Astrophysics Fellows program. If your email has changed, make sure you yourself go to the above website and update the email address you are subscribed with (and also don't forget to update your biographical information in your profile on this website!).
The moderators of the NSF fellows email list scan the emails sent to this list before forwarding them to the full list of subscribers (when approved, to filter out spam and junk), so a delay of a few days may be possible.
