Research Interests:

Much of the information we have about newly born stars and dusty galaxies is due to analyses of the radiation we receive from these systems. I am interested in developing analytic and numerical radiative transfer methods to compute the emission from these systems that the Spitzer satellite and future infrared satellites will detect.

Education and Outreach Interests:

I am interested in developing a forum, in conjunction with the Women's Program Committee, for junior women scientists to develop their presentational and networking skills.
